Maybe you are here feeling anxious and unable to focus, you may not know why but know you need to talk about it.

Perhaps life has changed and you’re not sure of how to cope with things now.

Maybe you feel lost and need to reconnect with who you really are.

Perhaps relationships are difficult for you, whether at work or within your family.  You may feel misunderstood by your family and friends.

I am an experienced counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).  I work within the BACP ethical framework to provide counselling to individuals aged 18 and over where my service meets the highest professional standards.
My counselling room in Gloucester provides you with a confidential and relaxed environment within which we can explore your unique and personal experiences in a respectful, accepting and supportive way.   You will be able to talk freely and openly about yourself and your feelings without feeling judged.
My aim is to help you to deal with what brings you to counselling, provide a positive experience to develop and gain greater emotional and psychological health and to empower you to develop skills to remain this way once you feel ready to leave counselling.

I feel enthusiastic when someone contacts me for the first time and excited by the opportunity to start working together.  Although this can be a scary and lonely time, getting the support and care you need is the first step to beginning to understand what is happening to you and why, and feel able to move forward.
I look forward to receiving your call.
